At Vanwalk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the packing slip to help us identify your order quickly.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
